By using forgecontainersgroup.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. General

These terms apply to all sales by Forge Containers Group. You must be 18+ and legally capable of entering a binding contract.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. Full payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers.

3. Pricing

All prices are in USD and subject to change. Delivery costs are not included unless explicitly stated.

4. Delivery

We deliver to the continental United States. Delivery timeframes are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, carriers, or site access issues.

5. Site Preparation

The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible and properly prepared. Forge Containers Group is not liable for damage caused by inadequate site preparation.

6. Returns & Cancellations

All sales are final once a container has been dispatched. Cancellations before dispatch may incur a restocking fee. Custom containers are non-refundable once production begins.

7. Condition of Goods

Used containers are sold as-is unless otherwise specified. Minor surface rust or wear consistent with the stated grade is not grounds for return.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Disputes shall be resolved in Utah courts.
