Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The container must be in the same condition as delivered
  • The container must not have been modified, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • A return request must be submitted within the 30-day window
⚠️ Please note: Custom-built, modified, or made-to-order containers (including container homes, pools, and custom offices) are non-returnable once production or delivery has been completed, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact our team within 30 days of delivery:

Please include your order number, delivery date, and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and arrange collection of the container.

Refunds

Once your returned container has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Credit/debit card refunds: 7 business days (may take additional time to appear depending on your bank)
  • Other payment methods: 7 business days

Return Shipping & Collection Costs

Return collection and transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We will provide a quote for collection upon return approval.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your container arrives damaged or does not match the described condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-built or modified containers (homes, pools, offices, bars, etc.)
  • Containers that have been altered, painted, or modified after delivery
  • Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase
