Welcome to Forge Containers Group. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

These terms apply to all sales made by Forge Containers Group (“we,” “us,” “our”) through our website forgecontainersgroup.com. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. Full payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Delivery costs are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated.

4. Delivery

We deliver to the continental United States. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, carrier delays, or site access issues.

5. Site Preparation

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery site is accessible and properly prepared. Forge Containers Group is not liable for damage caused by inadequate site preparation.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once a container has been dispatched. Cancellations made before dispatch may be subject to a restocking or handling fee. Custom and modified containers are non-refundable once production has begun.

7. Condition of Goods

Used containers are sold in “as-is” condition unless otherwise specified. We describe container grades accurately, but minor surface rust, dents, or wear consistent with the stated grade are not grounds for return.

8. Limitation of Liability

Forge Containers Group’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah.
