The 40ft Flat Rack Container is the ultimate solution for transporting “Out-of-Gauge” (OOG) cargo that is too wide, too tall, or too heavy for standard enclosed units. With its open-sided design and reinforced floor, it allows for seamless loading from the top or the sides using heavy-duty cranes and forklifts. This unit is the industry standard for shipping oversized industrial machinery, large vehicles, steel coils, and construction equipment.
Constructed from premium high-tensile steel, the 40ft Flat Rack is engineered to support extreme concentrated weight. Our units feature collapsible end walls, allowing them to be folded flat when empty. This feature makes them incredibly efficient for return transport or long-term storage, as multiple empty units can be stacked together to occupy the same space as a single standard container.
